Financial Readiness Program Goals

The practice of great money management skills is learned behavior. With the proper guidance, education and counseling everyone is capable of living debt free, all it takes is effort and disciple. The Financial Readiness Program is committed to providing Military members with the necessary information and tools needed for financial success.

The program offers the following workshops and life learning skills:

  • The 8 hour mandatory Personal Financial Readiness Training for first-term Soldiers
  • Budget development & record keeping
  • Consumer rights and obligations
  • Complaint resolution
  • Individual budget and money management counseling

Army Emergency Relief Program (AER)

The AER program provides emergency financial assistance in the form of loans and grants to active duty and retired Army personnel and their families in times of financial distress.

Lantern Launch Memorial Launch

Appetizers and beverages will be available during the social. Pleas come prepared with photos, mementos and decor for your lanterns. Lanterns will be launched at sunset on Merritt Lake.
