1LT David R. Bernstein Memorial Pool offers swimming instruction, lifeguard training, water safety instructor training and water aerobics.
- The pool size is 25 yards with 8 lanes.
- Equipment available: kick boards, pull buoy, aqua joggers, water dumbbells, life jackets, aqua treadmill, and aqua bike.
Life jackets must be Coast Guard approved, no water wings or swimsuits with flotation devices per Army regulation AR-215.

⚠️This will be strictly enforced by all lifeguards beginning Monday, June 16th. No exceptions⚠️
Just a friendly reminder:
➡️Outdoor pools are a 100% ID check!
An adult 18 or older can show ID for their group as long as they intend to stay in and take responsibility for those they are checking in.
➡️If a child is coming in alone (12-17) they must show their own ID to verify age as well as follow the 100% ID check. Their age cannot be verified by an adult checking them in under the adults ID. If an adult is checking them in under their ID, then the adult must stay.
We do accept pictures on the phone of IDs as we understand that we don’t want to lose them in our swim bags and forget to put them back into our wallets!
Please have IDs ready to help speed up check in!
Accepted forms of ID:

☀️Military Dependent ID
☀️DOD Civilian ID
☀️FMWR Privilege Card with current driver's license
☀️Student ID is acceptable for DOD civilian dependent with proof of parent DOD ID

Have your pool party at Hancock Outdoor Pool!
Hancock Outdoor pool is available every Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day for 2 hour pool party reservations from 6:30PM - 8:30PM. Cost starts at $350.00 for the two-hour block for up to 50 people.
Bernstein Memorial Indoor Pool is currently NOT hosting pool parties due to the remodel!
Bernstein Memorial Indoor Pool is available during Fall and Winter on Saturdays and Sundays. Make your 2 hour pool party reservations from 11AM - 1PM. The cost is $160.00 for the two-hour block for up to 50 people.
