Newborn Care

 An educational and fun experience where parents (and adult Family members) learn how to care for their new babies and for each other. Class includes information on newborn appearances and abilities, understanding how newborns communicate and safety soothing, diapering, bathing and feeding your baby.  We also discuss mother’s recovery after birth, tips for enjoying your new Family’s first weeks together, when to call the doctor and reducing the risk of sudden infant death syndrome. Class participants will be given code to Purple Crying App and encouraged to download it for future reference.
