Survivor Outreach Services Family and Friends are invited to attend the monthly Families of Patriots Luncheon. We will gather at the Jack Stack – Country Club Plaza 4747 Wyandotte St Kansas City, MO , from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on July 26, 2018. We hope you will consider joining us!
