Our mission is to empower the youth, by teaching them life-long benefits of staying fit, incorporating; warm-ups, dynamic stretching and other fun activities.

Masks are required for all participants, parents, and staff at all times per Garrison Guidelines.

$34 for any additional child/ren

Enrollment requires a current CYS registration, a Sport Physical is not needed for this clinic.
