Float2Fit is a fun and challenging total body exercise which focuses on balance and strengthening your core.
Having good balance and a strong core is important to support your body through all daily activities.
All exercises are done while balancing on boards similar to paddle boards. This class is a hybrid of isometric exercises, yoga moves and the use of resistance bands.
